KRSD500射(she)頻導納料位計運用美國普林(lin)柯(ke)抗粘附(fu)線(xian)路設計,可以探測真實(shi)物(wu)位的(de)同時,消除粘附(fu)和(he)懸掛在(zai)探頭(tou)周圍(wei)的(de)假物(wu)位信號(hao)影響。我(wo)們還自主(zhu)采用國外先進的(de)設計和(he)生產(chan)技術(shu),使電子線(xian)路參數更加穩(wen)定、可靠,使用壽(shou)命更加長久(jiu)。
KRSD500射頻(pin)導(dao)納(na)料位計(ji)的(de)(de)探頭(tou)部分(fen)通過一系列的(de)(de)市場調研,研究采用了(le)探頭(tou)直徑達到10mm,保護套長150mm,總(zong)長450mm,使探頭(tou)更(geng)堅固、更(geng)實用、更(geng)可靠。同時(shi),自主開發L890平板探頭(tou)、解決了(le)大(da)固體塊(kuai)料沖(chong)擊(ji)探棒的(de)(de)問題,并(bing)且,也(ye)生產L863WC鋼纜探頭(tou)和L864C陶瓷高溫探頭(tou),使MLSD500的(de)(de)使用對象從液(ye)體、粉料擴(kuo)展到高溫、大(da)固體塊(kuai)料。

通(tong)用性強:應用于各種場合,飛灰,顆粒、粉體(ti)、液體(ti)、粘(zhan)稠(chou)、導電和非(fei)導電物料。
抗粘(zhan)(zhan)電(dian)(dian)路:采(cai)用抗粘(zhan)(zhan)附電(dian)(dian)子(zi)線路可以消(xiao)除物料粘(zhan)(zhan)附而(er)產(chan)生的虛假信(xin)號。
探頭可(ke)(ke)拆(chai)式:探頭與控制器可(ke)(ke)分離,鍍金觸針連(lian)接,安裝拆(chai)除不影響進出(chu)料。
探(tan)頭(tou)耐高(gao)(gao)低溫:探(tan)頭(tou)適合-80℃至l80℃的工作環境,還提供棒(bang)式(shi);平板式(shi)陶瓷(ci)高(gao)(gao)溫探(tan)頭(tou)(耐溫800度(du))。
輸出(chu)容量(liang)大:采用容量(liang)為2A,220Vac的繼電器觸點輸出(chu),并有狀態燈顯示工作狀態.0-30秒延時功能。
